# Why Commercial Hardwood?

## A new level of finish protection

Pre-finished commercial hardwood flooring, with its factory applied UV cured Alumide finish, is much more durable than unfinished, site-applied finishes. The Commercial Alumide enhanced aluminum oxide finish is a high performance, multi-layer coating that protects the colour, grain and beauty of real wood in commercial settings.

## Renewability
